The Resident Information We Collect

Our site's resident setup wizard requires users to give us contact information (like their name, physical address, phone number and email address), unique identifiers (like their username), and financial information (like their checking account and ABA routing numbers for bill and rent payment). The resident's contact information is used to contact the resident when necessary and to establish a route of payment from Resident Services to a payee/property. In the case of Resident Services contacting residents about pricing specials, etc., residents may opt-out of receiving future mailings (see the choice/opt-out section below.) Financial information that is collected is used to debit the seller for bill payment/rent payment services.
